Dear David, This is a belated letter of appreciation to you and your company for the siding replacement on “my old house”. It truly looks new again. I hired Semper Fi Services to do a complete kitchen, living and dining room renovation.

From the very beginning I was impressed. David developed a wonderful design for the new space. It was obvious to me that he had put a great deal of thought into the new layout. After eight weeks of hard work by his crew, his wonderful design was realized.

Throughout the process, David’s crew was friendly, courteous and professional. They worked hard to make sure that everything was done properly and, even more importantly, done to my satisfaction. I have to say, also, they the whole crew become pretty good buddies with my two dogs (who were constantly underfoot). Everyone handled the dogs antics with patience and, more often, with playfulness.

David guaranteed that there would be no cost overruns and he kept his word. The site was kept clean as possible during construction and the job was completed in a timely manner. I’m very happy with the outcome of the project. The whole Semper Fi team turned this potentially unpleasant experience into a very worthwhile endeavor. The result is far better than I ever dreamed it could be. And I love my new home.

We engaged Semper Fi Services to perform several upgrades to our home during parts of January and February of this year.

1. Installed tankless water heater.
2. Exterior stucco repairs
3. Install laminate flooring in living room, kitchen, stairwell, and lower level hallway.
4. Remodel master bathroom including new ceramic tile floor, ceramic tile countertop, ceramic tile shower, new mirror, paint walls and new lighting fixtures- a complete redesign from the original.
5. This work was done on time, but most importantly, flawlessly. We were especially pleased with the level of cleanliness maintained throughout the entire project.
